The GCC economy is increasingly reducing its dependence on oil with the private sector playing an important role in driving economic growth. This offers abundant and diverse opportunities. There is thus an increasing need for the younger generation to enter the family business and take up demanding positions. The challenge they face is the gap between formal education and on ground execution.

Fonds Nikkel International has developed the Family Business Program in conjunction with top business schools and other training experts.
Our Uniqueness
We have a deep understanding of the needs of the region as we have been in business consultancy in the GCC since 2011. Based on this we have put together a program with tailor-made courses from world-renowned business schools who will certify the participation. An extensive skill assessment module that will help identify the strengths of the candidate as well as a strong mentorship program to support the candidate’s growth to the desired position within the organization forms the foundation of the program. FBP is a hence a very region-specific personalized program.

The Structure
The Program structure has four pillars:

Pillar 2 - Experiential training by world-renowned Business Schools and Crisis Management.
Pillar 3 - Training on networking skills and practical sessions on how to build networks.
Pillar 4 - Making persuasive presentations and public speaking skills.
